Provided by YP.comLet me start by saying I am not quick to give someone a bad review. I fact have only given a bad review once before. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I took my daughters skirt for the pageant in to be altered as it was too long. The skirt had no hems in it anywhere except the waist and the bottom. The skirt was supposed to be taken up 5 1/2 inch from the bottom. First when I pick the skirt up we made sure it fit in length and went up to pay. I was charged $87.59 just to hem a skirt up... I thought this was outrageous and told her this is crazy but due to be in a hurry having places to be I had no time to sit and argue about the price. We pay, take the skirt and notice the horrible job that was done. The skirt was not taken up from the bottom, there were random stitches everywhere and a 5 inch flat across the front of the skirt. It’s ruined and with the pageant in a few days I’m not sure we have time to get something else and we have invested 87$ in a hem job that looks like my 3yr old done it... Please do not give these people your business. And might I add when I was in the store the first time she was very rude and hateful to one of the customers that came in, since I didn’t know the whole background with that customer I just ignored it. Now after my experience I’m thinking she probably screwed something up for that person too and they came in mad.

Provided by YP.comLiterally one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The owner, who speaks maybe 5 words of English, is incredibly rude, and IMPOSSIBLE to understand, messed up a jumper I brought in (which she overcharged me for). When I told her she was going to have to fix it for free since it was her mistake she started yelling at me, THE CUSTOMER. She was so busy yelling at me that I basically had to shove her out of the dressing room so I could put my clothes back on. She told me she was going to call the cops and asked for my drivers license number. HA. She refused to refund my money so I basically paid her to keep my jumper for a month. This place should be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Provided by YP.comTerrible service! Worst seamstress I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs! Unreliable, expensive, rude, and impossible to understand because they barely speak English.

Provided by YP.comWow...where to begin. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I had dropped off a dress a week in advance for my friend's wedding and the owner agreed to have it ready on the Friday morning of the dress rehearsal. I go to pick it up and the owner, who speaks very little ENGLISH, says oh I forgot the date and didn't have it ready. Obviously I was furious. On top of that I had to drive back to this place the day of the wedding to pick it up. They charged $60 for a basic dress alteration that probably took 30 minutes at most. It gets better....the hem on part of the dress has already come unraveled. Please avoid Jabbok at all costs. If it were possible to rate it zero stars I would!

Provided by YP.comVery poorly done alterations that took two weeks to complete leaving no time for repair to be done before the dress was to be worn. Price at pickup was three times more than the original quote and there was no notification of price change from the business until after the alterations were completed.
