I am so upset with Kids World in Lebanon, TN. I am using a restraint that I haven't used in a long time. My son is my world and when I pay you to take care of him and he has came home with scratches on his chest and bruises on his arms where someone has grabbed him to hard. Its gone way to far! STAY AWAY FROM KIDS WORLD DAYCARE. Fathers this is to you! When our kids need protection in this world and we have to trust someone to do it when we aren't there its tough not to blow up on someone. My wife has stayed home for 2 years with my son. She has what some would all "empty nest ". Well they wouldn't let my wife have breakfast with my son. REALLY!! She came to me crying. If I could give no star. I would!!!

This is the worst daycare in Lebanon. The staff spend's more time talking about parents than caring for the kids. Please use caution before placing your child here.

Anyone who would give Kids World less than 5 stars needs their head examined and truly have no clue that it takes a village to raise a child! Furthermore, those that wrote slanderous remarks. Why are you hiding behind nicknames? Could it be that slanderous lies is against the law and perhaps being that Lebanon, TN is a small enough town that your neighbors would come out of the wood works saying your ignorance is bliss? My name is Annette Jackson. I have no fear hiding and giving Mrs Baines and well as her whole staff my appreciation. This lady will love your child like it is her own. If you are respectable and honorable to her, she will even love the parents as if her own. She and her staff has the biggest hearts I know. I have 2 daughters that are in their care. One is school age and the other has been going since 3 mos of age. They are both loved, adored and spoiled rotten by them all! My eldest has been going to Kids World since kindergarten age and has grown so much with their help (mentally & emotionally). She came into daycare very timid of other kids, now she speaks up and doesn t hesitate letting it known. My youngest daughter was born 6 weeks early. You tell me of any child care provider that would come visit you in the hospital, take your eldest daughter with her, so you can have a full nights rest? What other facility would help with your anxiety of having to take your newborn in their care because you had no choice to go back to work. This facility doesn t look at you or your child as a profit, but looks at you as a heart. All you have to do is give respect, loyalty and be communicative with all blinders off your eyes, and Mrs Baines and her staff will give you so much more! I can go on and on how Mrs Baines and her staff are so wonderful and how I am truly blessed. You may ask yourself, what did I have to do to get such a blessing? I gave them all respect, communicate and left my attitude and ego behind. That would also include situations I was unclear about or didn t have enough information about. If you come to anyone with fight in your eyes, chip on your shoulder etc...than you deserve to be put into your place!!

Please use caution!!



This daycare was an awful experience and I wish I would have never sent my child there.



My child didn't develop at all the 6 months he was there. He never even came home singing a song.



My husband witnessed a worker pushing an upset toddler by their head into their lunch room.



My child came home with unexplained bruises and bites. When I would pick him up, his hands were so dirty.



The owner is unprofessional and very RUDE.



I noticed that the other review states that Ms. Jenny is rude and that is the honest truth.

They are very rude.When i was there they had a litlle boy that used the bathroom on hisself maybe a 6 or 7 year old and just lettin him walk around and told me that he did and alot of the other kids were makin fun of him and they did nothin i felt so sorry for this little boy.It is sad.
