I took two brackets to him on a Saturday and needed a 1/2 inch rod 18 inches long drilled and tapped to 5/16-18 on one end and one of the brackets reproduced just smaller because the original was made to go on a 1" rod. He said he would start within a week. I called him after 10 days and he hadn't even started, which is no big deal because stuff doesn't always go as planned and I don't know if he had something personal going on but I called again after 27 days and he had an attitude about not getting started and he wouldn't get started for awhile, so that afternoon I went to pickup my two brackets and his son was there and a bit confrontational and the owner lost all of the measurements. This business is unprofessional and can't keep their word.
