I fell for their good ole boy hospitality that I got from the saleman, but the hospitality and customer service fell apart immediately. The sales manager make a rude comment about the price I offered for a vehicle and they lie to get you in the door. For example, the advertise vehicles at great, "no hassle" rates, but don't actually have that vehicle. Also, they offer a gift card if you come and test drive an auto, and then give you all sorts of excuses about why you never received it, if they answer your calls and emails at all. Scammers and liars working here at Rockie Williams!!!

Provided by YP.comI bought a 2012 Ram Express and love the truck. I did not go in planning to purchase a truck, but they gave me a great deal on my trade so I pulled the trigger. The process was fast and easy. My salesman was Billy Ferrell and Rocky was there for the whole process. I drove a long way to go to Rocky Williams but I am glad I did. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Very easy and everyone was very nice. I would recommend this dealership. Gary.

Provided by YP.comWhen we first went in the service manager was friendly. We told him that we had been to another dealership and that our car was under warranty but the dealership was wanting to replace parts that was questionable. It's hard to understand how many parts can go bad at one time. The warranty adjuster agreed to replace one part and see what happened, the one part didn't help the problem. This dealership seen the part that was being replaced was not bad and they replaced it anyway. They didn't tell me until a week later when I complained to them that the problem was getting worse with the car. When taking the car back for the second time the service writer told me the warranty company had shorted the dealership $10 on the repair bill. All they had to do was call me and I would have paid them the $10, so we gave the service manager the $10 in cash and he acted like he didn't know anything about it. It's not about the money, $10 isn't going to make anyone rich. All I wanted was my car repaired, there was no communication between the service manger/writer and the customer here, if they would have told me this part is not bad and it's likely to be this or that. Instead I didn't have a car for a week while all this was going on and my car is still not repaired.
