I loved shopping for my wedding dress here! The people who work here are so friendly. Megan was so great in helping me find the perfect dress!

Ordered dress October 2013 paid 450.00 down. I was informed by the Mgr that shipping date was end of Dec 2013 . Never heard a word after leaving a message in Jan 214. Never got a call until End of March 2014. Needless to say that doesnt leave time for alterations. They kept my money and did not help. Do consider other shops ladies this was a bad experience all the way around from the get go.

My daughter and I have had nothing but exceptional service from The White Room and the ladies working there. We talked with the new owners and they were wonderful too. We have ordered a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses,

mother-of-the-bride dress, & the groom and usher tux - the whole package and we have been very happy. I would and do recommend The White Room to everyone. It has a huge selection and plenty of room to try on dresses. We went to many bridal stores, high end and budget, in and around Nashville and found The White Room to be the best. They have an excellent range of prices on dresses which we appreciated. They were very considerate of our budget and worked with us around it. We especially wanted to get a classy bridesmaid dress at a reasonable price for the large bridal party and we did! We found The White Room to be a cut above the rest and we are glad we chose it and have not been disappointed at all. We just loved working with The White Room and think you will not be disappointed!! It is worth checking out!

I had to visit the store looking for a special occasion formal dress. The customer service, after the sales person had her boyfriend/friend leave, was wonderful, very helpful and attentive to my needs. I was disappointed with the selection in formal wear. It wasn't even prom season but yet most of the dresses were extremely fluffy bright prom dresses which is opposite what I was looking for. If the store had more selection of nice, fitting, toned down formal wear, I would probably have purchased a dress, but the selection wasn't all that great.
