This is a wonderful place to de-stress and heal. I feel so much better than I did on the day of my first appointment. The benefits I've experienced from the chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy (during my first 3 weeks of visits) are just enormous. Everyone in this place is kind, courteous and focused on helping every patient feel better. Along with being a knowledgeable and dedicated chiropractor, Dr. Jason also has a great personality! My entire body thanks him and the massage therapist; Olinda for the enormous benefits I get from their healing touch. I look forward to every day that I go back. All of you are WONDERFUL!!!!

I've had scoliosis since I was about 12 years old. I was put in a Milwaukee brace for a year between 14 - 15 years of age in an effort to keep the curvature from getting worse. I'm now 65 and have been to a number of chiropractors and orthopedic doctors throughout my life. I've also relied on therapeutic massages to help deal with the discomfort and pain that goes along with a curvature of the spine...and just plain old sore aching muscles. I found Olinda through Total Family Physicians Center in Lebanon, TN and I'm very glad I did. She is one of those rare individuals who instinctively knows what you need, she has a very special, healing touch, and she's so in-tune with exactly where my body needs attention. I've had three treatments so far and I've noticed a great amount of relief across my shoulders, my neck, and my lower back, all the areas where I was experiencing the most pain and discomfort. With each visit, I've come away feeling so much better. I look so forward to each and every upcoming treatment and receiving the benefits of her expert touch. You're the BEST, Olinda!!!!
