I have been a customer of Mr. Bone for only a couple of years, but I have purchased two vehicles from them, had issues with both of them....and the dealership has treated me superbly!! My service writer, Mr. Moon, communicated with me on a regular basis, my jobs were delivered actually under estimate and on time.



I commend the dealership for their honesty and integrity, and I proudly refer to myself as a "Customer for Life"!

I was truly impressed by the enthusiasm of the customer service representative. As always, I am happy with the service performed by Wilson County Chevrolet. The people and staff there are always nice and pleasant to work with. Thanks for doing an outstanding job.

Wilson County Chevrolet’s service department has been the best I have work with in my 63 years. The Service Manager Tracy John’s always has time to listen to concerns and follows up no matter how busy she is. Hoover Sutherland always gives honest and correct information on new car sales.

On my last visit I had to have some major work done on my ZL1 Camaro. Tracy and I went over what needed to done and when I got the car back everything was completed to above my expectations.

I can with great confidence recommend Wilson County Chevrolet and all the staff it someone is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Their service department for any vehicle is the best I have seen in many years.
