Extremely disappointed. Never spoke with him. Overpaid for services could have gotten from same lawyer for less money.

If you want to look bad in court hire Mr.Russell he never had a conciliation with me he had my court case continued so he could be available for my court case I detained him for to only send someone to take his place without discussing it with me. This replaceable attorney I got didn't even talk to me but a couple minutes before court cause he was no where to be found the court house clerk was calling the office wondering where he was cause my case kept coming up. I kept not getting answering machine and no answer at attorneys office to set a conciliation where the court date was continued well the court date came Bruce actually showed up without talking to me just showing up in front of the judge ....wow only to tell me to shut up each time I spoke to him telling me I'm making myself look bad wow I believe Mr . Russell thinks very highly of himself he doesn't believe he works for anyone but himself apparentlyhes was discussing celebrity gossip in the court room even got in front of the judge and said obnoxiously that he couldn't remember if he was detained or court appointmenred he was detained and not worth a cent of my money or time . I was going to court over my visitation and he was a joke !

I was recently charged with DUI and speeding 14 over the limit. Several other attorneys assured me that I would definitely be convicted, and all they could do was help make sure that I got a fair sentence. I spoke with Mr. Russell, and he felt confident that there was some middle ground. Over the course of a few months, Mr. Russell worked with the Commonwealth Attorney, and on my final court date, he walked to the lobby to tell me that the case had been dismissed. Be aware, Mr. Russell does not keep CONSTANT contact with clients, but do not be confused and think that he is not working on your case. I live out of state, and of the 10 or so times that Mr. Russell was "supposed to call", I spoke with him maybe 5 or 6 times. His assistant was very good at responding to emails, however. Overall, I am absolutely satisfied with the outcome that Mr. Russell was able to attain, and the work that he provided towards my case to have this resolved in such a fashion. I highly recommend Mr. Russell, and while the initial fees may seem a bit high, I assure you that his services are absolutely worth every penny. I hope you find this helpful!
