They were on time did the work quickly and informed me of each step. I will use them again when I need pump service.

The guys from Crystal Pump kept every appointment, assessed the needed repairs and performed the work flawlessly. During the installation of the filtration system they noted some leaks that had nothing to do with the scope of their work and repaired them. The estimated price did not change, and they made sure I understood how to maintain the system before they left. A very positive experience.

I just want to tell people out there to "BEWARE" of this company. Again, be very aware when dealing with this company.

They took advantage of my mother who is living in my house. By law when the owner of a house says not to do any work, they can't do the work. Well he did it anyways saying the tank was bad which I have already had it checked and I know it wasn't bad. It only needed air. He replaced the tank and the switch and charged my mother over $900 when he was told not to do anything except replace the switch. He took advantage of my single mother living alone. Will never recommend to anyone. Going to contact my lawyer.

Tim came out within an hour and a half of us calling, for the second time, and fixed our repaired our control box and before he left he check our filtration system and fixed that as well. As always great service!

When my water pressure became low, I knew it was time to call Tim at Crystal Pump Repair Services. We had used Tim previously when our pressure tank became inoperable. He informed me what needed to be done and the cost. He and his assistant replaced my tank and some PVC between the pump house and the tank plus a pressure switch. This time they responded earlier than scheduled,inspected and fixed that problem very fast and professionally.I've used Tim and C.P.R.S. twice and am totally happy. Need GOOD pump and well repairs? Our pump suddenly died late afternoon. Tim made a special effort to get to our house in a little over an hour. We have horses and really need that water! The problem was quickly diagnosed and the parts replaced. Tim also found an old grounding problem on the well and fixed that. Despite having to finish the job with truck lights for illumination, they cleaned the site up very well. A very professional, knowledgeable and well-run business. Our special thanks to Tim, his assistant Desmond, and Tim's wife who helped us on the phone. You guys are the best! We would recommend them to anyone.

They trouble shot the well system and determined rightly the pump needed to be pulled. Pressure would increase slowly and the pump could not keep up with moderate demand. Pressure switch contacts were burned from the pump staying on continuously. The pump was removed and it was discovered that the well piping had holes in it as well. Pump and piping were replaced and returned to service in under 3-hours. System works like new now. Very good job.

I would like to personally recommend Crystal Pump Repair's services. We had been having significant issues with our water system throughout our 1986 home. Mr. Bilby, with assistance from his wife, gave up an entire Saturday to diagnose our problem. Ultimately, it boiled down to a well pump replacement. He was able to replace the entire system that day and did not leave until he felt it was functioning properly. Due to the strain on our system from a poor well pump, our indoor water pump, shut down four days later. Crystal Pump Repair returned with same day service to install the new pump and correct the plumbing issues with the PVC that was overworking the old system. If you want professional, personable, and affordable service, Crystal Pump Repair should be your first call. Their services are unlimited in the area of plumbing and they are very product knowledgable.

Crystal pump repair service is one of the better companys you can trust. they instal a new water softner for us and does are monthly service always pleasent and bussiness like. We have been having problems with the pump turning on and off through out the day they came out and walk the house and yard till they found the problem with out us having too dig up the yard it was a small part under the house saved us money and time.Thankyou for being a great company for customer to relie on.
