I have to give it a 1 star because there is nothing lower because if there was I would rate way below. Lack of management period. People were letting their big dogs run loose and one tore off my storm door and also knocked me down my stairs. One large dog held me on my porch three separate times. Loud car stereos as well as hove had people parking in my spot for years because they know management will do nothing. Recent promises by the park manager have no been fulfilled > Today at my other home here have a water meter leak that is bad and can not find or get ahold of the park manager to remedy the problem. It is an RV Horizons property and if you look them up you would find a very lot of negative reviews and articles no different than the last owners had and do the same things.MY OPINION IS RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and it is my opinion after many years here but is based on things I have went through and have seen.

If you want a good place to live this isnt the place.Drugs and alcoholism run rampant and some of the tennents are very undesirables.Lacks proper management and people moving out with more to follow.Not a family park.I have family here and they say its so bad these days and cant wait to move out even though they havent been here long.
