Provided by YP.comI've used them for over 30 years and have always had excellent oil delivery and heating repair services. In recent years I've been very pleased with their service and repairs to my central A/C system. During the recent period of 90+ degree days the "rescued" an elderly widow whose A/C system had "died". EXCELLENT response in conditions where other service companys could not/did not respond. WELL DONE!

Provided by YP.comStop reviewing on the secretary's phone skills, she isn't the department salesperson at the mall, she answers the phone and takes order for your oil delivery. Their service is solid and price is fair and honest. That's what's important with a full service oil delivery company. House flippers, property managers, home owners, save yourself some time, money and a whole lot of headaches by using a full service oil company. Previous plumber did an awful job on my boiler, $1700 labor after it was still not running properly. Good thing I ordered oil from Anderson, their guys came out, Steve and Steve, took them about 2 and half hours to correct the previous plumbers mess, got everything working. Honest and up front, I knew I was paying $80 an hour for the work, not surprised by the bill at all. Parts are very very reasonably priced. Comparable maybe even cheaper than retail stores. Im going to include "using anderson oil as the delivery company" in the future rental lease, stick with them!

Provided by YP.comI have been a long time satisfied customer. I recently requested service to my furnace. The service guy sent was surly. He expressed disgust with my furnace. Wouldn't look at me when he talked to me. He found a problem with my lower zone. The next thing I know two other guys from Andersen barely out of high school are going thru every room in my lower zone without my permission or even notifying me. Though annoyed I was very cordial. They all left without fully resolving my original problem. They left with the furnace running at very high pressure. I called Andersen back. They finished the job putting in a new expansion tank in about twenty minutes and charged me an additional $214 for twenty minutes work and fifty dollars worth of parts. The technician left the old expansion tank out in the road in front of my house in the dark where someone could have easily run into it. They used to have decent experience technicians. Now they have rude kids providing sloppy expensive service. I am no longer a satisfied customer.

Provided by YP.comSeriously why isn't zero stars an option??!!!
I completely agree with Linda's review below.
Worst "service" ever. I booked an appoint in September for an annual furnace cleaning at the end of November. After waiting for almost 3 months, Andersen called me 1 business day prior to my appointment to reschedule it to March!
Not sure why I scheduled them anyway. One time, the guy forgot to put my furnace vent back properly when he finished and my downstairs filled with smoke. Go elsewhere!!!

Provided by YPmobileIf zero stars was am option, it would be selected. This company by far has THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They could be the last company in Connecticut and I'd rather freeze then give them a penny.

Provided by YP.comThey got too big for their britches. I was a loyal customer for 15 years but now they won't service mu furnace because my tenants didn't buy oil from them. Dan is ok but the receptionist is rude! Think she's missing a heart.

Provided by YP.comJust got a notice that we need a delivery and that Andersen mistakenly believes we haven't paid a bill--I have proof that we paid--they will not deliver until we pay the already paid bill. This is the first time I have heard about this. When I called them to explain and request delivery, they said they don't deliver the kerosene we need on the weekends and that we, senior citizens, should go to a gas station and get 5 gallons and pour it into out tank. I hope our heat lasts until Andersen finds it convenient to deliver on Monday when it's supposed to snow a lot more. I will look for a now company.
