I went into this place of business for a manicure and a pedicure. After the technician did my pedicure, we went over to her table for the manicure. In the process of the manicure, she cut my left ring finger right next to the nail and took out a big piece of skin. It has continued to bleed for over an hour. When I asked the technician to stop and if I could just have lotion and go, she obliged. I went to the front to pay and the manager was at the front desk. The manager, Michelle asked me for a total of $40. I told her that it wasn't fair for her to charge me the entire price of the manicure as the technician had cut my finger and it was hurting pretty badly. Michelle then replied, "There is nothing I can do. She said sorry." So I gave her $40 cash (as I didn't want to walk out and get arrested) and told her it was unacceptable that she was treating me this way in light of the large cut on my finger.



During my manicure, the young technician openly told me that the management had trained her and that she did NOT have a professional license.
