Ordered my food at 10:55 am, got a call about 11:30 saying her delivery driver has called in sick but the one that’s off should be there in 30 minutes. I said ok because I needed the lunch for me and the kid. I called back about 12-12:10 and she said he would now be there in 25 minutes. I said if he’s not there please call me and I’ll just get a refund. It’s nap time anyway so I wasn’t worried about it too much. I called back at 12:55 and she said the guy was clocking in and about to walk out the door. I said to give me my money back anyway because it’s now been 2 hours. She said she would refund me my money and that he was on his way. Again come 1:30 still no food. I call and ask her to please call her delivery driver and find out where she is then to call me and let me know as I had to leave in less than an hour for carpool. It’s 1:50 and I haven’t heard back so I call again, no answer. Call again, no answer. This happens about 5 more times with no answer. The guy finally gets to my house at 2:10 with a damn animal in his car!! Do not go to this papa johns.
