A local fav lived here for 1 year and it was the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. It is actually worst than a Section 8 apartment. The windows leak so bad, when it rains you have to put towels in the seal and keep changing them until the rain stops. I had MOLD growing and breathing on the wood work for who knows how long!! I had a frozen toilet for a week and they had to bring in heaters and thaw them out and cut holes in the wall to do it and than replaster the wall. Plus where the mold was growing was also a slow leak in the wall which started the mold growing and they again had to bring in blowers and cut a hold in the wall and fix it and come back 3-4 times to replaster it. The management is the worst!!! Now remind you, they actually have the nerve to charge 1100.00 a month for these dumps. Stay away from this place, you can get a 400.00 apartment built better than this!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!
