Sometimes just having someone there to listen to the daily stresses of life in a non-judgmental and caring way can help you feel better. On other occasions, therapeutic interventions are needed to make long lasting improvements in your life. I incorporate cognitive behavioral techniques, brief solution therapy, mindfulness, skill building, and positive psychology into sessions I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with many different problems and disorders. Additionally, I have training working with acute emotional problems in a hospital setting. On the lighter side, I have worked with many individuals doing well in life but strived to make improvements in one area or another. Many individuals have difficulties with performance anxiety; my goal is to help you perform to the best of your abilities. This could range anywhere from public speaking to athletics.
