This title company is negligent and made too may "mistakes" that even went unnoticed by the county deed recording office& the state insurance commission office. They voluntarily admitted to violating insurance laws and regulations for failing to provide a title insurance policy within 45 days of closing our deal. They also sent our homeowners "hazard" insurance check to the wrong insurance company who didn't even have an insurance commitment with us,they supposedly credited the money to someone else's policy..we unknowingly went without hazard insurance for 11 months before realizing we didn't have hazard insurance...also made mistakes on the deed recording..I would highly recommend using another company,you can close at any title company if you are the buyer..there's no rule that says you are required to use the sellers closing company..I encourage you to look closely at your warranty deed once it's mailed to you ,for any mistakes with names,spelling and address..and make sure you receive your owners title insurance policy,not just the commitment documents,those come first...
