Nicole is passionate about health and fitness. She always knew that health and fitness were important but they became her passion when she decided to pursue a career in chiropractic. Playing basketball in college at Missouri University of Science & Technology, she was often plagued with back pain. After a disappointing experience with the medical approach to care, she decided to seek alternative care in the form of chiropractic. Through adjustments and rehab, she began to get the relief she was seeking. Through this eye-opening experience, she knew that she wanted to be able to provide chiropractic care to others in need. Upon graduation with a B.S. degree in biology in 2007, she enrolled at Logan College of Chiropractic where she studied for 3 ½ years earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2010 as well as her M.S. degree in Sports Science & Rehabilitation in 2012. While providing rehabilitation to her patients and treating athletes, Nicole discovered an interest in personal training. She is able to utilize her background in rehabilitation to serve as a guide to her training philosophy and techniques.
