I stopped in to ask a brief question about how to care for a marble countertop and was treated rudely. I guess if you're not there to buy an expensive countertop you're not worth their time. I was not greeted or said hello to. The man who eventually answered my question, sitting down and from behind the desk, looked busy and brusquely said "what can I do for you?" It appeared I was bothering him, even more so when I asked how to care for marble. He was annoyed I did not know marble from granite and proceeded to lecture me. In the end, my question was answered via a "you're-too-r'tarded-to-exist sermon, but because I was treated so rudely, I'll take my business elsewhere. I plan to replace all my marble surfaces, but not at Midland.
