NEVER BUY FROM LEE SUMMIT INSTANT AUTO or from Bryant Lipari the sales manager for the store in lee summit is the worse person to ever sell cars! He was rude and very discriminatory towards me and my friends. Just because we rode together. I’m so hurt by these actions. Anyone of color or riding together please don’t go there any where else but here !!!!!

I would never refer anybody. Worst company ever. So much for being a loyal customer to them, all they do is lie.

People are nice and will work with you though fail to mention what kind of lemon they are selling you.. make sure to get a car fax before you get the vehicle. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Great place to buy a car! Awesome people and customer service. Their service department and technicians are honest unlike most shops around.

They have excellent vehicles and truly no credit check financing. However, that being said. Beware this oppressive trap. I have paid these every two week, way overpriced payments without fail for 3 years. My most recent payment was due Friday. I came out of work Monday night at 11:30pm to find my car disabled. Do EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to avoid these people. This car lot is strictly LAST resort. They are oppressive relentless and heartless!

i attempted to call and make a portion of my sons payment today only to have Christina be so rude and disrespectful to me. I luckily don't need the services of a buy here pay here company but I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this woman!! She should be fired immediately. Rudeness when someone is trying to make a payment is unacceptable.
