International Children's Academy has been providing high-quality care and education for young children (6 weeks to 12 years of age) in Lee's Summit since 1980. We are extremely proud of our reputation for providing warm, loving care for children, while simultaneously offering a developmentally appropriate educational curriculum for every child. We feel that children learn, grow and develop best in a planned, yet flexible, environment that offers them a variety of choices. The curriculum for each age group is designed to accommodate the individual needs through the use of Creative Curriculum. Our goal is for all children to feel positive about themselves, their teachers and their experiences. Our teachers use a positive approach while teaching, caring, educating and disciplining.
