Lee's Summit Cleaners is under new ownership and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Mitch and Ava always go above and beyond with their service and are extremely accommodating. I have never had an issue with their service and recommend it to all my friends! They are a great local company that does a fantastic job. Keep it up!

Summary: They cleaned a delicate fabric jacket and ruined it. Then they were dishonest about it.



When dropping off an Armani jacket for its 1st cleaning, I had a long discussion with them about being extra careful because the fabric seemed very delicate.* When I came to pick it up there was balled up piling everywhere. I am really disappointed with the way they handled this. The owner Meghan YU began to question me about where I got the jacket and said it must be old or something. (It was new and this was the 1st cleaning) she then said that the jacket must have already this way when I dropped it off.* I told they I would write them up about this if they wouldn't help me. They said fine they didn't want me for a customer. BEWARE dishonest if something goes wrong.

* If it were already balled up when I dropped it off the attendant would have noticed it during our lengthy conversation about being careful with the fabric!!
