Horrible experience!! Beware do not waste your money here for poor products and service!!

I have never posted a negative online review before, but here's what happened...

Our 2008 Ford Taurus needed a new transmission and we took it to LS transmission. Within 2 months their new transmission failed. After some haggling they honored the 6 month warranty and replace that transmission. When we got the car back the windshield was badly damaged and they claimed they had nothing to do with it. Again with much haggling they finally replaced the windshield.

Finally 8 months later, 2 months past their 6 month warranty, guess what happened? The 2nd transmission failed and they will DO NOTHING to offer even a tiny discount to help fix it. Nothing! Their office lady hung up on my wife who was simply understand what options we might have for a repair.

$3,000 wasted at LS Transmission! Never again!

I personally disagree! i have had many vehicles worked on by them and they always did a wonderful job and were very nice! they always stick with their warranty they give you as well. I would recomend them!

They do not stand behind there service, even when its still under warrany! Had my car up there at least 3 times before warrany was up. They kept telling me it was fixed. Which it was not. Took my car up there and they said they would take care of it. Instead they put over 300 miles on the car, check engine light came on, And my steering wheel is no longer lined up. Would not recommend!! Laura
