Provided by YP.comThis medical practice recently changed their payment policy, where a person who has a copay has to pay not only the copay, but the entire bill upfront, and keep "on file" a credit card that they are authorized to charge at will. This is clearly in violation of their contract with the health insurance company. In a recent letter, they equated this practice to being "not normal, but the hospitality industry does it all the time." Are you kidding? The hospitality industry??? Never in my life have we seen such a clear abuse. We will not be doing business with this establishment ever again.
