I called, left call back #, emailed numerous times to stop my service. No one called or emailed me back. Later I was still billed by them. Erika, the customer service representative I talked with today, was totally condescending, rude, cruel and insulting. She just kept blaming me for "not able to talk to a live person to stop my service". When I tried to explain to her that I did contact them many times, she stopped me and said she didn't want a debate and accused me of yelling at her, while I didn't even raise my voice. Erika, you are supposed to be someone to help customers, not to verbally abuse them. You refused to give me your full name, so that I can't file a complaint (even if I had complained, doubt that it would be taken care of by anyone).
