They misquoted the price over the phone. (That's ok miscommunications happen) unfortunately, when brought to their attention, the owner, Randy, did not inquire for more information as to how this happened or seem the least bit concerned. He made accusations, said things like "we don't hide our prices," which we never even said to him. He even ended it by compromising on the price but saying "I don't have time to go back and forth with you." I was shocked at how we were spoken to when we were just trying to find out about the miscommunication. Apart from that, the home inspector (Andrew) was a nice guy but misdiagnosed several things that we even knew just from the experience of having been homeowners for several years. For example: he began telling us about how good the siding was on the house and that it was a good wood siding that doesn't need any upkeep. It was very obituary asbestos siding. We mentioned that it looked like asbestos and when he looked closer, agreed with us.
