The doctors and nurses here are very nice and helpful! That being said, I HATE that I have to come here for my ultrasounds and fetal echos! The reception here is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I have had the same lady there every time I've gone. Over the phone, she acts like it's a huge inconvenience talking to you. In person, she is much worse. Barely looks at you, never says anything more than she has to. You better not ask any questions because you'll get a look like you just asked her to run a mile, followed by as basic an answer as she can come up with a tone that says "I would rather listening to nails on a chalkboard than sitting here talking to you right now."
