Provided by YP.comIf you're looking for a good cardio workout, then you should definitely check this place out. The instructors are wonderful, very attentive to new people. There's no feeling of intimidation here, not like the feeling you get when you walk into a gym and try one of their classes where everyone's competing for some reason and girls mugging at what other girls are wearing and what not.
Its a great workout, great way to end the day of a long work day.
