Dr. Placke is extremely caring and an excellent veterinarian. He has a wonderful "bedside manner" and cares for my pets as if they are his own. I am deeply grateful to him and his staff for everything they've done for my pets (dogs, rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs, rats) over the years. Thank you, Dr. Placke.

Recently took my boxer mix into Raintree Animal Health Center. They squeezed me into there schedule immediately and were very compassionate towards us and our dog. Not to mention that our dog loved Dr. Placke. He had no issues allowing a complete stranger examine him and give him shots. We are extremely grateful for his services and would recommend him to anyone in need of a Vet. He is one of the best we have been to. Thanks again!! We will definitely be bringing our dog back to see him annually.

Dr. Placke and staff are very compassionate. They really care about all of the animals. He really enjoys educating and is extremely thorough. We have lost 2 older Labradors since we moved here and they were so very kind and thoughtful. Lee's Summit is very lucky to have such caring people to care for our animals.

They handled my dogs short, but intense, illness with dignity and great care. Even agreed to let the family come in on Sunday (their day off) so that we could all say our goodbyes before having him put to sleep. Great people and very knowledgeable. We'll be back.

EVERYONE in this office loves animals, especially MY animals. I expect that any animal clinic that I take my animals to will treat my critters as family, because they are my babies. I appreciate all of the extra attention we get and the follow-up phone calls. I have never had to wait to get my animals in and on one occasion when my cat threw a blood clot, we were able to get him in immediately on a Saturday. What a great group of people to trust with my babies!

Dr. Placke and staff display a high degree of knowledge, professionalism, and care and I've been very pleased with the treatment my cats and I have received here. I've used several other practices in the area and I recommend this practice to anyone who wants an excellent animal health care team.

The first time I took one of my 8 cats (babies) to

Dr Placke I was'nt sure if anyone could help my

Buddy. He was throwing up everyday for 1 yr.

He also had shewed all his hair on his belly off.

The vet I took him to had always taken care of my

cats, but the Prozac, Pepto Bismo, and so on

was not helping. Dr Placke took one look in his

ear and said he had ear mits. The medicine he

gave me cured him and now all his hair has grown back and he is so happy. I have farrel

cats that I also have taken to him and he is so

kind and gentle that they don't mind what he has

to do. I would recommend him to everyone who

loves their animals. His wife is also a dear, she

has helped me many times. I have nothing but

good to say about Dr Placke, he is so compass-

onate and caring, so gentle my cats love him.

Doc and Kimberly are knowledgeable and compassionate, and my husband and I love how they care for mable and kaylee. Mable is 13 years old and was very sick when we where told about the doctor and Kimberly. He and his wife have gone above and beyond any other veterinarians that we have ever used in getting the girls back to a healthier life style. We are soooooo pleased with their "gentle" touch w/the girls and the doctor truly has given our dogs a happier life!!!! and FYI, Kimberly is the very, very, very, best @ trimming the girls nails.

Wonderful..Wonderful..Wonderful!! We love Kim & Dr.Keith. We recieved an ad a couple years ago and took our dog in for a check up.We never went back to our old vet! They have been professional,affordable and were extremely kind when we lost our dog Luke. They have gone above & beyond for a vetinarian and we will continue to go to them for our new puppie's needs. We highly recommend their office!!

We first took our dog to Dr. Placke's office because they were close by but we have continued going because not only are he and his staff very friendly and incredibly polite but they have a clean office and reasonable prices. The doctor has never kept me waiting to meet with him yet he has always been willing to take as much time as it takes in an appointment to answer all of my questions. Thanks.

I've known three dogs in my lifetime, and the first two hated going to the vet. However, all that has changed with my third dog, Macie, now that I've found Dr. Keith Placke and Raintree Animal Health Center!! Macie loves going to "Dr. Keith" (as she now knows him) and jumps out of the car and runs to the door to see him! If you didn't know any better, you'd think she was going to the park!



More than just a "vet," Dr. Placke is just like family! Luckily, we've only had one scare with a swollen eye from sort of bite or sting, but through and through, Dr. Placke is professional, calm and very easy to understand. He also cuddles with my dog just as much as I do...and who wouldn't want that for their four-legged "kid"?!



We've referred friends, neighbors, and even strangers alike--I know you won't be disappointed with Raintree! Thanks Dr. Placke!

I went in to Raintree Animal Health Center because it was close to my house. I will never go to another vet, Dr Keith and Kim are wonderful. They took great care of my three dogs. I love the way they make sure to explain everything so that you are comfortable with your pet's health.

I was referred to Dr Keith and Kim by a coworker and called them up to set up a wellness and vaccination appointment and at the visit I was educated in the better care of my dog Betty. Very thorough exam of our pet, and thorough explanation of everything that we needed to work on and do to bring a better health situation to our beloved pet. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new vet for their family pet(s) to contact Kim and Dr. Keith and enjoy the family and animal friendly atmosphere.

We take our 2 cats to see Dr. Keith and Kim. They are always willing to go above and beyond to explain things to help us take better care of them! I've even called during the evening hours, expecting to leave a message, but Keith answered the phone and was able to help me immediately! Exceptional care, would recommend to anyone!

My family relocated to Lee's Summit two years ago from a small MO town. We have found that even in a big city you can find small town values, care and attention with the staff at Raintree Animal Health Center. Dr. Placke (Keith) and Kim are very personable and bestow a wealth of information in the care of our dachshund. We are very grateful to have them as our neighbors! Thank you Kim and thank you Keith for all that you do!

Raintree Health Center is clean,neat and organized. Kim and Dr. Placke are very kind and knowledgable and never in a rush to give us information either on the phone or in the office. Our cat had surgery and it was very stressful for us but they put our minds at ease. I called them everyday and even went up to visit Thunder.They explained everything in detail and kept Thunder until he was able to come home.

And to top it off they are very reasonably priced. I cannot even imagine taking Thunder anywhere else. It is little bit of a drive for us but worth every mile for the peace of mind that our pet is taken well care of.

They are the best. We have a great big dog who just loves going in for his bath and "beauty" needs he loves all of them.

The staff is very kind, caring and professional. Doc has a strong knowledge base of all aspects of veterinary care, not just cats and dogs (we even discussed the Elk population in Nebraska on one visit!) They take their time to get to know you and your pet and then suggest treatment; they even carry the cat food out to your car! I am very satisfied and would highly recommend.

The staff at Raintree Animal Health Center are very caring and knowledgeable. They take the time to get to know your pet and inform you of what is going on. With their Pet Portal you have access to your pet's records, can make appointments and even submit questions you might have without having to make an appointment. My dog Gabby ripped out her nail one Saturday afternoon and they met with me that evening to take a look at and treat the wound. Definitely recommend Dr. Placke and his staff!!

I took my dog Jay to see the Raintree Staff, and they did a great job! Not only were they good with my dog, but they spent time with me, teaching me how to take good care of Jay! I definitely plan on going back!
