A buddy and I went here on a Tuesday for lunch. They limit you on the BlackBerry tea to one refill. When we joked about saying we will have to go to Jack's Stack the lady said go for it. The food was good. Smaller on proportions. Maybe we got stuck with a grumpy waitress. Prices were a little high. Gonna stick with Jack stack for better service in the Lee's Summit area.

Sliced beef and pork were tender and great tasting. Sauce was perfect balance between tangy and sweet. Onion rings were excellent and coleslaw was very good. I felt the lunch prices were very reasonable and the service was friendly and fast. Free meal on birthday and free lunch with six stamps on card. Very happy to have them in my hometown.

I absolutley love this place. You get great BBQ. NO ONE in Kansas City or Lee's Summit, has BBQ this good. From fall off the bone ribs, tender beef brisket, succulent pulled pork and moist chicken. I always have a hard time choosing my meal. Every time I have tried something new I have never been disapointed. This place has great accomidations for large or small groups. My family often chooses Summit Hickory Pit to host many of our get togethers. Not only is the space more than sufficient enough they have amazing service. Where else can you go in this area and have large groups handled with such efficiency. They always deliver. Have yet to be disapointed. Try them out you will soon be a fan as well. Oh, and don't forget to check out the catchy cute tees all of the servers wear! LOVE IT!
