I had the worst experience here today. Two separate technicians caused me to bleed (woman who did my pedicure and a man who did my nails). I asked the man doing my nails for a dip manicure and never got a manicure (only polish application). I asked again during the process and he basically brushed it off. I then notice after I had left that there is a chemical stain on my purse that I am certain was not there when I went in. I called the salon to make a complaint to a manager. The manager, Dan Bui, called me back a short time later and could not care less about fixing the purse situation. He was instantly defensive and did not ask what happened but rather started right in on an excuse based on the conversation he had with his staff. He said that anyone can say they ruined their purse but they can't prove it and therefore the salon won't take responsibility. The only issue he seemed somewhat concerned about was the bleeding and asked if I would come back in so someone could look at that. I asked him what he was going to do about the purse and he said he would do nothing so I told him no I will not waste any more time of my day going back up there if he is not going to fix the situation. Please save your personal time and valuables and don't step foot in this salon. You will leave very disappointed and defeated.
