We love this pizza especially if your looking for real pizza with real ingredients. For those who are shocked that its not the size of your local franchise delivery pizza, that is bc it's a real pie :)

I love fresh ingredients and this was all fresh. Loved the fresh basil on my pizza and fresh graeted Parmesan instead of what you would expect from a pizza joint. The place is not over priced. $7.50 lunch special and $2 beers....very resonable.

Good Susan, great ingredients but way overpriced pizza. I ordered a few weeks ago and it wasn't what I thought it would be. I'd say try once and never again.

Solid food. Nothing special. Over priced.

Before this place opened we used to eat Spin pizza. But this is so much better! And what makes a pizza is the crust. This is very authentic Neapolitan pizza. The crust is not too thin, not to thick, just perfect. The toppings are there just to enhance the taste. You have the option of ordering one of their specials or create your own, which is what we usually do. As long as you are not trying to recreate one of the big chains American pizzas, loaded with toppings and cheese, the price of the pie will not be more expensive than any other of their Specialty pizzas. I'll have to agree with the reviewer before me, that if you like super loaded (with toppings and calories!) big chains pizzas, maybe this is not for you. But if your taste is a little more refined and look for a great quality, fresh, good to the last bite pizza, you should give it a try. Especially if you are trying to eat a little healthier or even if you are like me, on a constant diet (and we, dieters, know pizza is a big No, no), this pizza is as fresh as you would have made it yourself. But if you have a portion control problem, I'll have to warn you: you won't be able to stop after one slice. Or two... Or four! Because you never get that disgusting full of fat and carbs feeling, you end up eating more than what you planned for. Just give it a try! I live nearby and love this place and I hope it stays in business, because this is the best pizza you can get in Lee's Summit!

The previous reviewer clearly didnt do their homework on this place. Thepizzaco website states a dedication to unprocessed/local fresh ingredients... This the smaller pizza for more $$$... If you like chain store pizza with lots of dough and no imagination, go to dominoes. Otherwise, explore flavor combos at the family owned pizza co.

We eat local/fresh often and liked this place.

The pizza is VERY small, and there are hardly any toppings. Also, when you order just plain pepperoni, they put red pepper slices on the pizza ( NOT what I ordered thanks ) And each topping is like $1 extra. WOW. So 2 pizza's with hardly any toppings all crust, cost me $27. They hardly fed 4 adults. Will NOT be returning, and I'm pretty sure at that rate this place will not last long.
