The oil plug fell out after an oil change. Now they wanted me to pay ~$1200 to repair the leak. The car originally had a drip but now it is leaking out the front of the engine. The offered to reduce the price $200.



Oil as all over the car and they did not clean any up when they replaced the drain plug.
