Not following COVID 19 protocol per CMS and DOH. Refusing to test staff and residents when symptoms are present, and exposure is known. Refusing to follow DOH and CMS guidance in regard to facility/Staff testing when it comes to the county rate which is currently 14% ish. DO better.

It's not the worst place but certainly not the best. Some of the staff were very caring and some didn't seem to care about the patients as much as just getting a paycheck. You could see the difference in how they approached their jobs. I would like to leave names but probably not appropriate to do so. With any nursing/rehab center, the family must be very observant, visit often and ask for what you need done without being rude or picky. I did file a verbal complaint with superiors on one occasion and got results. The individual didn't do a great job after that but was aware that if I had a legitimate request, I would expect reasonable follow-up by her. I would not go back if given a choice in the future. This was one of my only options at the time due to Medicare Advantage insurance plan. Have gone back to regular Medicare with a supplement so I won't have to have my loved one in this type caliber again.

Do not send your loved one here!! My grandfather went here on two separate times and he almost died twice! They don't care about their patients at all! My grandpa couldn't get up and they never rolled him over or got him out of bed, he ended up having bed sores all over him!! He was also dehydrated and no one even came to his room to take care of him. If I could give no stars I would but I can't!!! Please don't send anyone here unless you want them to get sicker!!!
