It's was a horrible experience. Yes they are doing me a favor to help me. But I've been calling for about 2 weeks and no one answers the phone, and when they called back I missed the call and called right still no answer! How can I get help if no ones answer the phone? I was told I need to provide proof of income for next month. If I had it I wouldn't be asking you for it...I'm worried about this month and next is not a concern of mines right now...
