I highly recommend Computer Tech Pro for any computer consulting, set-up, servicing or PC problem resolution. Dennis quickly and professionally diagnosed my recent laptop failure as the final result of a known systemic overheating issue inherent to that particular make and model laptop. I was impressed with his technical knowledge as well as his no-nonsense, honest and straight-forward approach to doing his job. Since repair of my laptop was not economically prudent (as its reliability had been permanently compromised), Dennis researched which make & model new laptop would give me the most ‘bang-for-the-buck’ for meeting my specific high-end computing requirements—as well as the best place (lowest price) from which to order it. He then set it up for me with both security software and applications tailored specifically to my computer needs & use as well re-installing my personal documents, photos, etc. which he rescued from my old laptop’s hard drive. Dennis patiently answered all my questions and tutored me in the use of my new laptop, operating system and software. He did all this for me at a fair and very reasonable cost. I will continue to rely on Computer Tech Pro for any and all of my computer needs.

I had a hard drive failure on my home office computer just before I headed out on a business trip. As I'm new to the area, I researched online and noted this company and its positive reviews. I called Dennis, and he's been great to work with. While I was gone, my family members met him at my house, and he has come out to pick up the computer, rebuild the hard drive system, get it all up to date and come back out a second time to reinstall the computer. Very reasonable prices and very professional. He can be reached easily during his business hours for follow up questions or service. I am glad I found Dennis to handle my computer needs.

I use my computer for my home based business and work seven days a week.
