This hotel is not for kids, not for clean people. We stayed here and paid 290 bucks for the week, we made it through 2 weeks and finally left after the board of health made a visit. We had roaches in the room, rats in our walls and room, they rooms down from us a few had bed bugs they complained about bites and a few had lice. Now the maid finally broke down, quit her job and called the police and the board of health, this place needs shut down and brought up to code. The man and his family that run the motel are not the owners, the owners are at a hotel in Orlando they own, the same people own and operate the Lee Motel also in Leesburg, i have heard it is the same way as the deluxe. When you call for a price they give you one that includes tax and when you get there they have another price for you, it is a 50 dollar difference, the night we checked in we were up for a few days moving, i was tired, and had swollen ankles, i wanted a hot shower and a comfortable bed, i got the hot shower, in the wrong room, we called and reserved a king room when we got there they had 2 doubles for us, this does not work for us, but after talking to the house keeper the next day we got moved, the manager there does not understand people speaking english and vice versa on understanding him...i feel that 69 a night is too damn high for a dump like that when you can go to the new best western for 76. Not a hard choice there. If you want a good nights sleep, clean room, quiet, and a manager that is not a pervert, then do not stay here, take your money and stay some where else not the deluxe or the lee.

Outside is somewhat clean looking, inside is very dirty, management charges allot of money for the rooms, you can get better, with a pool for the same price in Leesburg.

outside looks great, but room was smelly, carpets nasty and walls unclean and roaches everywhere. please dont be fooled, this is one nasty place.

Small privately owned motel. Room was very clean and it was very quiet all three nights we stayed there. Nothing fancy and not many amenities but if you are looking for a clean quiet place at a rate much less than chain motels this might be for you. Owner and family was very cordial.
