A replumbing can be very scarry and crazy. The owner John came out the first day to review the process and assured me things will be done properly. His lead on the plumbing team doing my job was Garrett. He was fantastic! So amazing, you could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and polite person to do the job. He paid such attention to detail. All of the new plumbing was hidden and done very discretely, and it looks and works beautifully. The rest of the team was just as professional. They would clean up the mess as they went and didn't leave it till the end of the day. At the end of the day, they were very considerate and would put things back like the stove so it could be used. I highly recommend them and will use them again for any and all plumbing needs. Marla

This was a first for me: a tree growing through my plumbing. I’ll post a picture because it’s shocking to see and this affirms how WONDERFUL Team Dunstan is!!
(after 40 yrs of ownership in 10 houses I have never seen anything like this). Tress are powerful and can crack a pipe after 30+ years growing. From that first calming voice of Anita, John Snyder going the extra mile for a perfect template traced upon my flooring (to replace a more efficient toilet) that is back ordered and delayed yet, he cared enough to get the exact measurements for me. Next onto Tony the Rockstar saving my bathroom floor by the perfect cut & dig so as to not effect the surrounding tile (Brandon assisting). It could have taken longer without ALL of their caring, kindness, & expertise!! Thank you. Please do not hesitate to call Dunstan first!!

I've had a problem with a slow shower drain and an occasional toilet back up in my 4 year old home in The Villages. The problems started about a year ago and I called the plumbing company who did the original installation. After two failed attempts by them to resolve the problem, I called Dunston & Son. They came out the next day, on time, and took care of all the issues at a very reasonable cost. Matt, who was the tech, is a very polite, knowledgeable, and very professional plumber. I've dealt with quite a few home repair companies through they years and they are amongst the best I've ever done business with. Should something happen again, they will be the first company I will call.

It took a couple days for someone to come out to look at the job they said they would get in touch a few days later with estimate after not hearing from them in a week and a half I called them I got no reply 1 Week later I called to complain and they finally had the estimator call me back with the news that they couldn't do the job because they didn't have time two and a half weeks wasted with this company

This is a very well managed plumbing company that has been in business since 1922, and has the best and most professional, curteous staff I've ever dealt with. As a contractor and as a customer in this economy, there's no other company that I would call on....ever!!
