If it were possible to give a zero rating I would have done that but it required that I click at least one star. My 87 year old mother had them come out to replace 6 batteries in her smoke alarms and change 12 light bulbs. They charged her over $400. I called them and they said they told her up front it would be $230 to come out and the manager, Mack, told me that the materials were $50 when I called to complain. He said they had to stay over an hour so they charged her additional for the second hour even though it was just a little over an hour. He was very rude and did not think that the charge was taking advantage. I live in another state and cannot do these things for her. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I would hate to see this happen to any other elderly people.
