I called the service because I had a request by a physician to contact them regarding their search for a new EMR solution. This practice had set an oppointment and I was to confirm the meeting with the OM and the two Doctors. Unfortunately, the contact number that they provided was a fax number instead of the main office number.



The Physicians Referral Service opporator was unable to find them in the list as well. They took my contact information down to contact me once they were able to locate the correct contact number.



Above and beyond the call of duty.
