We have been boarding our dog Dixie here since 2015 and haven’t had a problem with this facility at all. The people working here seem to care for the dogs in their possession. Our dog loves going there and follows the workers whenever she can. They have cameras to view the dogs in the play area and in the play park when they go potty. The groomers do a good job of bathing the dogs before they go home. We will continue to use this facility. Prices are reasonable.

BEWARE-THIS also pertains to DISABLED PERSONS AS WELL!!! We have taken our dog here for years. Upon arriving to pick him up recently the OWNER greats me with, "Why did you give us a 2 star on google" in a very nasty way. I preceded to tell her I have never done a google review so it wasn't me. She proceeds to keep antagonizing me with "prove it" among other things. I also asked her to confirm Casey's next visit. She gives me some made up date and tells me she will put me on the "waiting list". I knew she was lying because all my dates for this year (2019) were given to them towards the beginning of the year and for years between this dog and our former dog we never were on a "waiting list". Then I asked her why she would say that and is it because of the google review that I DID NOT execute. She ADMITTED her LYING to me!! I And finally I asked her to stop because she knew my dog is a SERVICE DOG and she was upsetting me so much that I started to have a serious panic attack! I asked her to STOP and she would not stop!! I had to exit quickly as my attack was coming to a full blow.

DISABLED PEOPLE- BEWARE
The owner does not treat people as an owner should and is VERY unprofessional as well as RUDE! To treat a disabled person with the attitude and to conjecture towards me was absurd!

Ending note- When picking up my dog I noticed he ate barely any of his food. They told me they would put chicken broth on his food to help him eat. Clearly this was NOT implemented for my dog.

I love this place, and more importantly my dog loves it here!!! He is always excited to see his human buddies and meet new doggie friends as well. I know I can trust the staff to take good care of him so I can relax and not worry.

My dog is a regular there, always excited and ready to go when he gets there. They get regular time outside, nap time and playtime. Unfortunately he has to be boarded more than I like, but Quncy does not mind. He is a high energy dog, very social and very worn out, thankfully, when he gets home. I watch him regularly on video and have never seen him mistreated.

My two dogs stayed two nights and never will again. They were both supposed to be in the nursery the whole time, but on the last day they were moved into a larger room with bigger dogs. We were told it was because one of them was anxious and barking too much. We checked on them frequently and never saw them being taken out during the day. We actually watched our female have a bowel movement in the middle of the room. She never has accidents and always waits until she is brought out. The last night they were there we witnessed the guy that was working use what appeared to be one of the large pet beds to push our two dogs (one has a bad knee that staff was aware of) and a small Chihuahua type dog out of the room. We were told when we picked them up and complained that they use them to guide them out, but they would be sure to let the owner of the other dog know that it had happened. I am sure they did not inform the owner. Both dogs were extremely lethargic when we picked them up. When we arrived at home they both ran to their dishes and started to whine over the water bowl. When we gave them water they drank it so fast it caused one of them to vomit. This led me to believe they were not supplied with adequate water. The smaller of the two dogs also had very loose stools for 4 days after arriving home and both dogs have been sneezing. I thought we would be happy with this place because we could monitor our dogs on the cameras all day, but it actually just provided us with proof that the care they were given was not what it should have been. When we saw that they had been put into the larger room we changed our plans and left early to get them out of there.

I have been using Pet Lodge and Spa since it opened. My three dogs Gracie, Willie and Lucky have been extremely well cared for on each visit. Sandy keeps the kennel very clean and fresh smelling. The staff seem to love their jobs.

Our dog stayed with them while we were on vacation for a week. We came back to mattress ($100+) ruined; which they tried to hide by placing the stuffing in a waste-deposit bag and then bagging the mattress in a folded manner to where the gaping hole did not show. Moreover, they put our dog in harms way, when he digested pvc pipe from the pet furniture in their establishment and he also developed 2 hygromas (pressure sores that do not go away once developed) from them not providing adequate lodging.

Happy Dog!

We just moved to the Leesburg area in June. Anyways, we were going on a little vacation and had to find somewhere for our Georgia girl to stay. I took her in for a day of daycare, she was a bit timid but shortly warmed up. I love how they have the cameras so you can see your dog everyday!! I boarded our dog there August, 2014. Everybody seemed real friendly and nice!!! As well as her getting her nails clipped and a bath. Everybody told me she adjusted well and was happy! My only bad thing I'd have to say is our dog cut a little cut on her ear from another dog apparently playing, but nothing to do with pet lodge and spa! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will gladly take my Georgia back there!!!
