I bought a pair of Durango boots for my six year old granddaughter's birthday. They began cracking and peeling in less than two weeks. She only wore them to school and we had not had any bad weather. Rural King would not return my money when I brought them in with my receipt, would only give me a store credit after I would not take another pair of boots. I wrote to both Rural King and Durango from their websites and have not received any reply in fifteen days. Guess who will not shop at Rural King nor buy Durango products anymore?
