On November 10 between 8:30-9:30 PM I stopped at this car wash and put $2 of Quarters in the machine and nothing happened. The machine indicated that I needed to put in another 25 cents, so I did, and still nothing. The machine did not refund my $2.25.

Because it was convenient for me to wash my car at that time, I used my credit card, which worked. However, I know I was over-charged the $2.25 and according to my credit card account I paid another $4.00.

Therefore, I paid $6.25 for the Do It Yourself car wash service.

I called the 352-343-4293 telephone number associated with this place and it sounds like a facsimile machine signal. So, I composed a cover Fax and tried to send it but I didn't get a confirmation of receipt. Very frustrating.

At the very least I want the $2.25 refunded to me.

Went to get car washed yesterday May 9, 2016. Inserted debt card into machine and started washing. Selected many settings, the only things that work are soap spray and rinse. I wasted all my time trying to get different selections to work. OK let me try another stall...GUESS WHAT every stall is like this...NOTHING WORKS...Waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor wash by hand. I ended up with half a car washed and spent $8.50.
