A Mail Customer. Hats off to all Postal Carriers, Workers, Drivers and Sorters. I don't know how you do it but my mail always gets there and my mail gets to me. FAST! And for a lot less than UPS and FedEx.
My msg to Mike Stone is; SHUT UP STUPID!

Not the worst but pretty close. We had a very competent carrier. She always brought packages to the house if they didn't fit in the mailbox. Her relief doesn't have her work ethic. Today I was expecting a package which should have fit in the mailbox. Today when I tracked it, it said it had been accepted/picked up at 12:24 pm. It was not as my son was home at this time & nothing was delivered. I hope this is just a mistake & that it gets delivered tomorrow as it is an important part of Christmas gifts.

First, there are not enough clerks on duty at ANY time. Second, I get messages from tracking that mail has been delivered to my POB, yet it is not there 2 hrs later. This has happened repeatedly. We are not yet into the holiday season.
Trying to contact a Postal Inspector in Orlando is a big waste of time. All that happened was that I got reasons why nothing could be done.

picked up my mail last thursday, only a couple pieces of mail and advertising.

Friday no mail in box.

Sat. no mail or note in box . at this point I'm getting upset.
I was expecting a parcel delivery Notice on line says: November 19, 2016 , 11:50 am Delivered, Parcel Locker LEESBURG, FL 34748-1808 NOT TRUE NOTHING DELIVERED.

I am very upset about this saying it was delivered BUT it wasn't. Not to mention my regular mail is not being delivered either.

Today, Monday, I met the post office delivery person at the Mail Boxes to find out what was going on. He went with me to the box and as we together looked in the box NOTHING THERE. on the inside of the box, where the mail is put into our boxes there was a torn in half of a yellow sheet saying "mail on hold". I asked who put our mail on hold and why? We went back to the mail truck and he looked for our mail & parcel. Told me the regular postlady had left a note the box was over full. However when ever there is more mail than willo fit in the box we have large parcel boxes below, where normally parcels & mail that won't fit in the mailbox are locked in those parcel boxes and the key is put in our mail box. We do get a lot of not requested ads and that is something we can not control, but if that happens thats why the large parcel mailboxes are normally used.

WORST post office in the area! The carrier is always late, doesn't bring the mail in or doesn't deliver it at all. You can't even get through to the post office to talk to a supervisor because the phone will just beep until it hangs up. It's ridiculous that nothing has changed in 7 YEARS!!!!

Be prepared to stand in line at this place. If you ever find more than one person working the counter, consider yourself lucky. The only positive thing about this place is that they have about everything you will need or want.

Someone needs to answer the phone! People need to have questions answered that are NOT covered on the website.

This post office has some very incompetent carriers and they just don't care ! They especially seem to get "cranky" and even rude during the holiday season. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE TO TRY AND TALK TO A SUPERVISOR !
