Management Discrimanation

I have seen Dawn and Cindy both chew out their servers on the floor in front of your customers.
Then they change their schedules after those servers have gone home for the night. I have heard them call the servers and tell them they are late the next day because of the schedule change. Then they hold it against those employees, by cutting their shifts or reassigning them to a different position like Hosting or Cashiering. Meaning they do not advise the employees of the changes. They do not even ask the employee if the new schedule change hinders them by any means. Like scheduled appointments i.e... Doctor, Dental, Children appointments and so forth. Then they only give them 3 to 4 tables for days on end, ,and then they only give the employees 1 to 2 four hour shifts for the next week or more. Both Cindy and Dawn both make sure they have the largest sections every time they are at work. I have seen them decide they want to go home. So they just clock out and leave. They go to their favorite server and give them their section with out dividing their section between the servers.
I am disturbed about how you allow your business to be run. Discrimination is Illegal if you have forgotten. I have seen Dawn tell a new cashier that everything is all right and then turn around and punish her for doing her job correctly. She couldn't even tell the cashier what she did wrong. I have heard that Cindy took a servers tickets and tell her that she is doing great. Then tapes all of them on a wall and tells her every one of them are wrong. The customers could hear what she was saying. But does not tell her how they are wrong or what is wrong. Just that they are wrong. Is that how you allow you business to be run. I have not seen either Cindy or Dawn take these actions against any other employee. Just the one.
That is totally Personal Discrimination. Yes I have heard many other customers comment on how unfair Cindy and Dawn is against this one employee.
I have seen Dawn and other employees go out the back of the restaurant go off the property and hide behind a dumpster and smoke. When she came back she stunk of smoking pot. The other employees I have not seen on the floor. I am not sure that I will come back. Yes I do like the food and most of your servers are very friendly and I like the atmosphere most of the time. But I do not like seeing your management discriminate against one employee. Yes this happens every time the employee comes into work. That is not right by any means. Yes I have seen where regular customers have stopped coming in on a regular basis as they once did. Yes they have belittle the employees in front of your customers and behind the wall very loudly where the customers have no choice but hear what they are saying.
Mr. Wolf you have a lot of issues in your Leesburg restaurant that you HAVE to address and correct. Now I use to come in, in the evenings. I miss eating in your restaurant, but I cannot stomach how your management treats the one employee. When and if I go back and see it happening again. I won't be able to stay out of it, and I don't want to get kicked out of your restaurant. Please do something about it. Make your restaurant as good as it once was for your customers sake.

Wolfys has been a staple to leesburg for forever. This place has the best food in town. It’s my family’s favorite lunch spot. Needs work on friendlier service.

I've been going to Wolfy's for 16 years and usually got good food and service, But not this morning.

I ordered Pancakes . bacon and coffee.

The pancakes were terrible, I could see through the 2 small pieces of bacon.

Pancakes: fell apart when i added butter and Syrup. Tasted awful. like they were cooked on a dirty grill.

Looked like they poured warm tap water into Pancake mix and poured it on the grill.

I ate a couple of bites and pushed my plate away.

2 sliced of bacon were limp as I ask butwere so tiny and thin they looked like those precooked bacon strips.

The pancakes were served to me cold. I sent them back to be microwaved.

Coffee: The first cup was hot. After that they jusy poured a smallamount of hot coffee on top of lukewarm coffee 2 times.

For my breakfast I ended up eating 2 pieces os my wife's toast

No-one ask me about my food or coffee.

For my time that I had hoped to have a satisfying meal I was disgusted.

I tried to explain my experience to the Cashier.

She said "I

ll tell them" and then turned to the next customer, Like I didn't exist.

I did not raise my voice or use bad language.

I came home and ate a cold meat sandwhich.

No thanks to Wolfy's.

Wolfys had the best breakfast in town. Too bad it burned to the ground. Wish they would rebuild
