Tammy did an excellent job on my dressy pants and accommodated a very tight schedule. Her customer service is something Albany Ga has been lacking for a long time!

Mrs. Tammy is simply AMAZING! I called 6 other stores and was almost in tears before talking to Quality Alterations because they all turned me down before my engagement pictures. I was aware that I was asking for a fast turn-around but Quality Alterations took the challenge and hemmed my dress beautifully! She cut 10 inches off of a chiffon dress with 2 layers in 3 days, and still charged me a reasonable price. She even stayed 20 minutes after her closing time to pin my dress for the alterations! Definitely go here if you want quality alterations!!
