Warranty!!!!!!!! My son got his car painted at this location which was Sprayglo at time (2013) bought out by Macco. He paid and received a warranty which is not be honored and was supposed to be for 5 years. I have spoken to 4 different mangers since the paint job. Kelvin was the 1st manger he was the one who took our money and assured us that the warranty was UNBREAKABLE. I can't member the 2nd manger name but we was minor issues with paint chipping then. The 3rd manger name was Shon he was seem liked he wanted to help (my son is in the military) but before my son can get the car here he was gone. Now the new manger John and those folks are blowing smoke in our face (REAL SMOKE) . My son came home for Christmas; we took the car and they stood in our face SMOKING a cigarette. I knew then nothing was going to get done. Im so upset. if you pay your hard earn money for service and have a warranty and the customer still have the original receipts honor the warranty. Ya'll should see this car now... I want everyone to know their service sucks and so does their paint jobs maybe that's why its was cheap...please don't waste your money or time there go to a REAL AUTO REPAIR/PAINT CENTER and I really want their headquarters to see this and please feel free to email me at [email protected] my name is Julia LaChelle Tyner. AND THE ONLY REASON A STAR WAS GIVEN IS BECAUSE I COULDN'T SAVE THIS REVIEW WITHOUT ONE......OH AND SHON THE NICE MANGER 3rd TOLD US THAT MACCO WOULD WARRARTY SPRAYGLO.......
