I took my boat in April and received it back after a months time. The boat was stored in-doors all winter. They left the boat outside and did not place the cover on correctly and it filled with water and they left it. The force of the water placed a hole in our new cover. They said they would fix it and we payed them $500 for the repairs done to the boat. We were going to take the cover,on our own,to get repaired and give them the bill for $40-$60. They would not pay for the repair. Not a good way to handle a customer.....

a couple years ago I took my bayliner in for a quote on service. When I came back, the boots were torn apart, in a box, the cover was not put on properly, the engine cover was left off, which ripped the cover because it rained AND they charged me $280 to tell me the boat was no good. I took it to my mechanic, he said the engine was fine, it just needed a starter. I will never take anything to this company.
