Dr Mikhail is a consummate professional. I came to Advance Dental with a honest fear for dentists and dentistry but he made me the most comfortable I have ever felt in a dental setting. The office was very appealing to the eye and clean. Dr Mikhail performed a dental examination on me which hasn't been done in years and explained everything to me along the way, keeping me up to speed with what he was doing the whole time. The staff at the office was exceptional as well. I was well informed of the financial part of my visit before arriving to my first appointment as well as what was expected for future appointments. I will refer family and friends to this practice for sure.

Just switched to this practice and loved the care and treatment. Staff is super friendly and very professional.

I found Dr. Mikhail to be honest, knowledgeable, professional and gentle. I am so happy he was referred to me; in fact so happy that I travel from Manassas to Leesburg for him!!! The staff is professional, kind with a great sense of humor which helps when sitting in the dentist chair!!! I previously had a dentist that lied to me on work I needed to have done. Thankfully I'm in great hands now! The team there is A++ in my book!! JoAnne M.

They advertised a $ 99.00 package deal that was not true. I won't come back!
