Bad cancelation policies. BEWARE. I just paid 150 to cancel but they also automatically billed me for next months classes as well. I notified them by phone yesterday and in a writing today but that was not sufficient. The lady then tells me that out of "courtesy" my daughter could attend classes for the month that they already deducted for. Courtesy? I paid for them....thats not courtesy, i paid and not by choice. Courtesy would be that you call headquarters to request my refund. Very upset.
