DO NOT EXPECT A PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AT THIS SALON! I recently walked into this Salon and walked away totally disappointed and amazed! I have watched enough Salon makeovers by Tabitha on Bravo to know this salon needs a major makeover by Tabitha. My first frustration was with how long I stood at the receptionist desk before anyone asked or acknowledged me for what I needed. Next, as I was a walk-in, I was given the next available hair dresser, whose name was Tiffany. The owner of this Salon should invest in some professional training for the staff. The staff looked and acted like "white trailer trash." My hair dresser reeked of an offensive odor of alcohol and cigarettes. As she proceeded with my haircut, she made small talk by telling me the internal drama in the Salon with the other hairdressers. She proceeded to tell me the one African-American female hairdresser that was there was racist and only cut African-American clients hair. Tiffany then proclaimed that she was the most reliable hairdresser there because the other hairdressers came late and left early and were not dedicated to their job. In my opinion, none of the hairdressers looked professional, nor did they keep their individual work stations in a neat and clean organized manner. The Salon itself appeared to need some routine cleaning. I would never recommend this Salon to anyone to try and I will never return to this Salon to get my hair cut again! If this Salon is fortunate, it will get a Salon makeover from Tabitha, if it does not, it has no hope of being a professional business! I only rated it one star because the program would not let me post my review without choosing a star!
